Refund Policy
We are committed to providing the best digital marketing courses and ensuring the satisfaction of our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our courses.

Refund Eligibility:
Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 2 days from the date of enrollment if you have not accessed any course materials, and no more than 10% of the course has been completed.

Partial Refund: If you have accessed course materials but wish to discontinue, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be calculated based on the percentage of the course that has been completed.

Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

and provide your name, enrollment details, and a brief reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and verify your eligibility for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
If you meet the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refund Exceptions:
Please note that the following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Requests made after the specified refund period has expired.
Refund requests based on personal reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
Refund requests for any courses that have been accessed and completed.

Course Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that we cancel a course, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee. We will notify you promptly in such cases.
